These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jobsaaa mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Jobsaaa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Jobsaaa. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Every Jobsaaa account can act as both a poster (someone posting jobs) and a worker (someone applying for jobs).
3. Jobsaaa is a platform, not a party
Jobsaaa connects job posters with workers. We are not a party to any agreement made between users, and we are not the employer, agent, or contractor of any user. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any job, or the conduct of any user. You are responsible for evaluating who you work with and the work itself.
4. Payments
Payments arranged directly between users are their own responsibility. Where a payment is processed through Jobsaaa's in-app payment system, it is handled by our payment provider (Stripe) subject to their terms. Subscriptions and job boosts are billed as described in the app at the time of purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, illegal, or fraudulent jobs or content.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Post content that is unlawful, discriminatory, or infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to circumvent safety, payment, or moderation features.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
You can report jobs, users, or messages in the app, and we may remove content or take action against accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or create risk for the Service. You may stop using Jobsaaa at any time and delete your account — see Delete your account.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jobsaaa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes, losses, or harm arising out of interactions or agreements between users.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jobsaaa operates. (Specific governing law and venue to be confirmed prior to launch.)
